Make a Difference
You can make a difference in many ways from organising a coach to help people in your area get to our Slavery Remembrance March. Help us raise money by volunteering to sell the Slavery Remembrance Sankofa.
Buy a Slavery Remembrance gift from our gift shop. Volunteer some of your precious time with us. Share our march and our activity on your social media pages. Together, on August 21st and 23rd we can make the world remember and ensure they never forget again.
To control a people you must first control what they think about themselves and how they regard their history and culture. And when your conqueror makes you ashamed of your culture and history he needs no prison walls and chains to hold you.
